As president, Gordon oversees all of Power Packaging and his responsibilities include overall company financial growth and overseeing customer partnerships. He has extensive experience across a broad range of business activities including operations, supply chain management, sales and marketing, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Gordon holds an MS degree in Accounting from Roosevelt University, Chicago, and a BS in Finance with a minor in Economics from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb.
Dave leads the Operations team at Power Packaging with a focus on Operational Excellence and Customer Satisfaction. Dave has over 25 years of food manufacturing and operations experience. Functional experience includes General Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, CI, Quality and M&A. Dave also has experience in domestic and international channels within Consumer Foods, Food Service, Trade Distribution and Food Ingredients. Dave holds an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago with a concentration in production and operations management. He also has a BS in Business, with a minor in Speech Communications, from Eastern Illinois University.
Chuck is Executive Director, Sales and Marketing, and is responsible for leading all business development and strategic initiatives that drive Power Packaging's growth. He has extensive food industry experience with a well-rounded skill set including leadership roles in business development, finance, business strategy, project management, and operations management. Chuck holds an MBA from St. Mary’s College in California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
Keith Schafer is Power Packaging’s Senior Director of Quality Assurance and oversees the company’s Quality and Food Safety programs. He ensures the company’s adherence to its strict Quality and Food Safety policies, and that operations are compliant with all regulatory and customer requirements. Keith earned a BS in Biology, Biochemistry, and Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from Ashland University, and an MS in Food Science from Rutgers.
Gary serves as Senior Director of Engineering and is responsible for providing optimal business and technical solutions for new and existing customers. During his 24 years with Power Packaging, his responsibilities have included project development and management, maintenance support and training. Gary earned a BS in Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
