The Highest Levels of Food Safety and Quality Certification

To help your company meet its food safety and quality goals, our plants strive to achieve and maintain the highest certifications available in the industry. All our plants boast SQF Level 3 Certifications.

SQF Level 3 is the most comprehensive food safety and quality assurance level within the SQF code. In addition to the food safety practices covered by SQF Level 2, Level 3 includes quality programs like weight control, sensory evaluation and identification of preserved products like Kosher.

Our plants are Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI)-certified under the SQF code:
  • On-site labs in each location and built-in quality controls ensure conformance. Strict protocols, procedures and equipment maintenance are all documented so that quality and consistency are built into the production process
  • Operations are compliant with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations, as well as organic certification
Food safety and appropriate Safe Quality Food (SQF) and American Institute of Baking (AIB) certifications including SQF Level 3 Certification for all of our facilities.
